Fund Research

Fund the development and experimental validation of a CAPEXNULL prospective research direction.

Research Funding

Funding may cover a complete research program or a defined research stage. Objectives, scope, schedule, deliverables, completion criteria, and permitted use of results are defined for each funded project.

Research Scope and Deliverables
The funded work is defined by agreed research objectives, scope, experimental program, completion period, deliverables, and completion criteria. Research evaluates defined hypotheses and records the results actually obtained.
Access to Results
The funding party may receive the agreed research report, experimental results, metrics, validation materials, and access to specified research outputs in the agreed scope, field of use, and access period.
CAPEXNULL Technology Protection
CAPEXNULL proprietary cores, source code, internal algorithms, implementation methods, and pre-existing intellectual property remain closed. Where software access forms part of the funded research, it is provided as an executable/binary implementation within the agreed scope.
Permitted Use
The purpose, field of use, authorized recipients, access period, and scope of permitted use are defined for each funded project. Research outputs are intended for agreed lawful purposes within the defined project scope.
Funding-Party Materials
Data, specifications, models, and other materials supplied by the funding party are used within the agreed research scope and applicable confidentiality arrangements.
Proposal Status
Submitting a funding proposal creates no project commitment. Scope, access rights, funding, schedule, confidentiality, and other project terms apply only after separate written agreement.

Describe the research objective, intended application, schedule, budget, and requested access period.
